World's first centaur skeleton found!

In 2015, during excavations in Cyprus, the strange remains of a creature that suspiciously resembled a centaur were found. A huge horse skeleton smoothly turned into a human one (with arms and a skull), and ended with twisted horns.

Archaeologists at first thought it might have been a mass grave—in the past, powerful people were often buried with their horses, wives, and servants. But then it became clear that the skeleton is one whole!

The analysis showed the coincidence of DNA in the "horse" and human parts of the body. In addition, no human-like lower limbs were found during the excavations...

But how can this be? Did centaurs really exist?
